During the call, we'll understand your business, goals, and current marketing setup — then recommend the right plan for you. Once you subscribe, onboarding begins immediately.

Onboarding is fast. After you subscribe, your dedicated account manager will reach out within one business day to collect your business details, brand information, and website access. Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 business days. Your first content deliverable goes live within 48 hours of onboarding completion.

To kick things off, we typically need: your website URL, a brief description of your business and target audience, any brand guidelines or preferred tone of voice (if you have them), and access to your CMS or website for content publishing. Don't worry if you don't have everything prepared — your account manager will guide you through it.

None at all. Our service is fully managed — we handle all the technical work including SEO implementation, content publishing, and campaign setup. You just need to run your business. Your account manager is your single point of contact and handles everything on your behalf.

We charge on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month, and payment is processed through Razorpay — India's trusted payment gateway. You will receive an email notification before each renewal. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-ins, no contracts, and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@hrlinfotechs.com or through your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — after that, no further charges are made and all previously delivered content remains yours.

Because we begin work immediately at the start of each billing cycle, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not refund the current month. Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors such as duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by contacting your account manager or emailing us. Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for changing plans and no additional setup fee when upgrading.

Yes. If you're going through a slow period or need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 60 days. No charges are made during a pause and your account and history are preserved. Just reach out to your account manager or email us to arrange it — we're happy to accommodate.

Absolutely. Each deliverable comes with a revision window. Simply share your feedback with your account manager via WhatsApp or email and we'll make the changes. We encourage you to provide a brand style guide or tone preferences upfront — this reduces the need for revisions and ensures content matches your voice from the start.

You can update your account information — including email address, phone number, and business details — through your account dashboard. For changes to your billing method or payment details, please contact us at support@hrlinfotechs.com and we will assist you securely.

After cancellation, your account data is retained for 12 months before being deleted, giving you time to request an export. All content delivered to you remains yours and is not affected. If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, simply email us and we will action it within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes. We treat all client business data, strategies, and materials as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with any third party except as required to deliver your services (e.g. publishing content to your CMS). Our confidentiality obligations are outlined in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Start by raising the issue with your account manager directly — most concerns are resolved at this level quickly.
