During the call, we'll understand your business, goals, and current marketing setup — then recommend the right plan for you. Once you subscribe, onboarding begins immediately.

Onboarding is fast. After you subscribe, your dedicated account manager will reach out within one business day to collect your business details, brand information, and website access. Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 business days. Your first content deliverable goes live within 48 hours of onboarding completion.

To kick things off, we typically need: your website URL, a brief description of your business and target audience, any brand guidelines or preferred tone of voice (if you have them), and access to your CMS or website for content publishing. Don't worry if you don't have everything prepared — your account manager will guide you through it.

None at all. Our service is fully managed — we handle all the technical work including SEO implementation, content publishing, and campaign setup. You just need to run your business. Your account manager is your single point of contact and handles everything on your behalf.

We charge on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month, and payment is processed through Razorpay — India's trusted payment gateway. You will receive an email notification before each renewal. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-ins, no contracts, and no cancellation fees. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@hrlinfotechsai.com or through your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — after that, no further charges are made and all previously delivered content remains yours.

Because we begin work immediately at the start of each billing cycle, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not refund the current month. Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors such as duplicate charges or unauthorised transactions. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by contacting your account manager or emailing us. Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for changing plans and no additional setup fee when upgrading.

Yes. If you're going through a slow period or need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 60 days. No charges are made during a pause and your account and history are preserved. Just reach out to your account manager or email us to arrange it — we're happy to accommodate.

Yes, 100%. All content and marketing assets created for you become your property upon payment for that billing period. You are free to publish, modify, repurpose, and distribute the content in any way you like. We retain no intellectual property claim over anything we produce for you.

Absolutely. Each deliverable comes with a revision window. Simply share your feedback with your account manager via WhatsApp or email and we'll make the changes. We encourage you to provide a brand style guide or tone preferences upfront — this reduces the need for revisions and ensures content matches your voice from the start.

Your dedicated account manager is reachable via WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM IST. Contact details are shared during onboarding. For urgent issues outside business hours, you can email contact@hrlinfotechsai.com and we'll respond as soon as possible.

You can update your account information — including email address, phone number, and business details — through your account dashboard. For changes to your billing method or payment details, please contact us at contact@hrlinfotechsai.com and we will assist you securely.

After cancellation, your account data is retained for 12 months before being deleted, giving you time to request an export. All content delivered to you remains yours and is not affected. If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, simply email us and we will action it within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes. We treat all client business data, strategies, and materials as strictly confidential. We do not share your information with any third party except as required to deliver your services (e.g. publishing content to your CMS). Our confidentiality obligations are outlined in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Start by raising the issue with your account manager directly — most concerns are resolved at this level quickly. If you're unsatisfied with the response, email contact@hrlinfotechsai.com with "Escalation" in the subject line and a senior team member will review your case within 3 business days. We take all complaints seriously and are committed to fair resolutions.

Your 48-hour onboarding window begins after successful payment. If all required information and access are provided within that window, your subscription generally starts once the information is received and verified, unless another date is agreed in writing. If required information remains missing at the end of 48 hours, your subscription starts then.

Your subscription may commence automatically at the end of the 48-hour window even if onboarding is incomplete. The 30-day period will then run, and missing details or access may delay or prevent some deliverables.

Depending on your plan, you may need to provide your website URL, business and product details, keywords, brand guidelines, content preferences, publishing permissions, and integration access. We will explain which items are required. Please share access securely.

Unless your purchased plan states otherwise, your subscription lasts 30 days from its applicable commencement date. The period does not automatically pause or extend because information, access, approvals, or feedback arrive late.

Yes. However, your subscription may already have started at the end of the 48-hour window. The remaining subscription period continues to run, and late information does not automatically extend the expiry date.

Customer-caused delays do not automatically extend or pause the subscription. Any extension must be confirmed in writing by HRL Infotechs AI, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.

You can request cancellation by emailing contact@hrlinfotechsai.com or using an account cancellation option where available. Cancellation stops future renewals under the applicable billing terms. It does not ordinarily refund the current paid period, subject to applicable law.

Unused quotas or deliverables delayed because required customer information or approvals were not supplied on time do not automatically carry over. This does not remove any remedy that may apply where non-delivery is attributable to HRL Infotechs AI or where law requires another outcome.

A refund is not ordinarily available solely because required information or access was not provided within 48 hours or because the subscription was not used. All requests remain subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Payments are generally non-refundable after the subscription has commenced or service work has begun, except where required by law or approved under our Refund Policy. Verified duplicate payments and eligible service failures will be reviewed.
